1. Clint Eastwood is in talks to direct a supernatural thriller! CHECK

2. Steven Spielberg will be producing! CHECK

3. "Frost/Nixon" scribe (THE BEST PICTURE OF THE YEAR SO FAR), Peter Morgan, will be writing! CHECK

4. Ghost project is supposed to be ala "The Sixth Sense!" CHECK

Start making the movie already! I can't wait! CHECK
