Here's more info on "Crazy, Stupid, Love" from Yahoo:

At forty-something, straight-laced Cal Weaver is living the dream--good job, nice house, great kids and marriage to his high school sweetheart. But when Cal learns that his wife, Emily, has cheated on him and wants a divorce, his "perfect" life quickly unravels. Worse, in today's single world, Cal, who hasn't dated in decades, stands out as the epitome of un-smooth. Now spending his free evenings sulking alone at a local bar, the hapless Cal is taken on as wingman and protege to handsome, thirty-something player Jacob Palmer. In an effort to help Cal get over his wife and start living his life, Jacob opens Cal's eyes to the many options before him: flirty women, manly drinks and a sense of style that can't be found at Supercuts or The Gap. Cal and Emily aren't the only ones looking for love in what might be all the wrong places: Cal's 13-year-old son, Robbie, is crazy about his 17-year-old babysitter, Jessica, who harbors a crush on Cal. And despite Cal's makeover and his many new conquests, the one thing that can't be made over is his heart, which seems to keep leading him back to where he began.

And here's more info on "Cowboys & Aliens":

1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution. The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. What he discovers is that the people of Absolution don't welcome strangers, and nobody makes a move on its streets unless ordered to do so by the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde. It's a town that lives in fear.

But Absolution is about to experience fear it can scarcely comprehend as the desolate city is attacked by marauders from the sky. Screaming down with breathtaking velocity and blinding lights to abduct the helpless one by one, these monsters challenge everything the residents have ever known.

Now, the stranger they rejected is their only hope for salvation. As this gunslinger slowly starts to remember who he is and where he's been, he realizes he holds a secret that could give the town a fighting chance against the alien force. With the help of the elusive traveler Ella, he pulls together a posse comprised of former opponents - townsfolk, Dolarhyde and his boys, outlaws and Apache warriors - all in danger of annihilation. See New Trailer for Star-Studded "Tower Heist!" OMG, It's Precious!

I love, love, love "Precious'" Gabourey Sidibe and it's fun to see her in another acting vehicle. I don't know about "Tower Heist" though, it's from Brett Ratner (!!!) who really hasn't done a good movie in my book unless you call "Rush Hour 3" and "X-Men: The Last Stand" visionary!

But the plot seems fun enough, it's a revenge heist kind of thing, here's the official synopsis:

After the workers at a luxury Central Park condominium discover the penthouse billionaire has stolen their retirement, they plot the ultimate revenge: a heist to reclaim what he took from them.

Okay, so the workers unite against Bernie Madoff (HA!). That should be fun no?

This one's from Universal Pictures and they're releasing "Tower Heist" on November 4th. Here's the full cast info from Yahoo:

STARRING:

Ben Stiller ....... Josh Kovacs
Eddie Murphy ...... Slide
Casey Affleck ..... Cole Howard
Alan Alda ......... Arthur Shaw
Matthew Broderick . Chase Fitzhugh
Téa Leoni ......... Gertie Fiansen
Michael Peña ...... Rick Malloy
Gabourey Sidibe ....Odessa Montero

2011 is Ryan Gosling's Year! See Him Duke it Out With George Clooney in New "The Ides of March" Trailer!

I can't wait for this movie! I don't know about you, but I'm really getting tired of summer blockbusters! My heart and mind are longing for great films, and thank God the Oscar season is almost here!

"The Ides of March" is one of those Oscar-bait films that George Clooney instinctively knows how to make. This time, Clooney serves as a triple-threat for he wrote, directed, and starred in the film. Impressive!

Based on the play by Beau Willimon, Clooney plays a newbie presidential candidate and Ryan Gosling (this dude's starmeter is rising every second -- he's in the upcoming "Crazy, Stupid, Love" which I love, and "Drive") plays his idealistic staffer. Paul Giamatti (Oscar-bait), Philip Seymour Hoffman (Oscar-bait), and Evan Rachel Wood (not yet Oscar-bait but should!) co-star.

"The Ides of March" opens October 7th and I'm sooooo there!

P.S. Do you know that everytime someone asks me who is my favorite star to interview I always say George Clooney? That is so true! I sat down with the actor for "Leatherheads" and he was a genuine, down-to-earth person, and very, very real! I adore him! Here, take a trip back to 2008 and check out my interview with Clooney for the Universal film. Oh, click here to see that!

Are You Excited for "Battleship" Or Should We Sink It?

"Transformers" redux anyone? The trailer presents the movie with the same shimmering sheen as the Michael Bay Paramount extravaganza right? After all, both "Transformers" and "Battleship" came from Hasbro although the latter's origin was a board game.

But this one's from Universal, and it's from respectable actor/director Peter Berg. And even Liam Neeson is in it! But already, many are calling the film cheesy, crappy, and someone even asks, "does no one care about content anymore?"

See, when you guys keep on watching films like "Transformers 1, 2, and 3," Hollywood will continue to give us cheesy, crappy, content-free movies!

Suffice it to say, not everyone is saying "All Hail 'Battleship." Me? I'm saving my energy until I see the film when it opens May 18th of next year.

Plus, aren't you guys excited to see Rihanna on the big screen?

Here's more info on "Battleship" from Yahoo:

GENRES: Action/Adventure, Science Fiction, War and Adaptation
IN THEATERS: May 18th, 2012 (wide)
MPAA: Not yet rated.

'Battleship,' an epic action-adventure that unfolds across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.

Cast & Crew

STARRING:

Taylor Kitsch ........................... Alex Hopper
Alexander Skarsgard ...................... Stone Hopper
Liam Neeson ............................. Admiral Shane
Brooklyn Decker .......................... Sam
Rihanna ................................. Raikes
Josh Pence ............................... Chief Moore
Jesse Plemons ............................ Ordy
Peter MacNicol ........................... Secretary of Defense
